Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Final.  Because our products include research chemicals and consumable goods whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances below.

No Returns on Delivered Items.  For safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept the return of any product once it has been delivered, and we cannot resell returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders.  If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@renewbiolab.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If we verify the issue, we will, at our option, replace the item or issue a refund or store credit.

Lost or Non-Delivered Shipments.  If tracking shows your package was not delivered, contact us within 15 days of the ship date so we can open a carrier investigation. Available remedies depend on the carrier’s findings. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier or for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Order Cancellations.  You may request cancellation by emailing support@renewbiolab.com before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, or, for manual / peer-to-peer payments, once it has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Method and Timing.  Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as store credit where applicable, within 5–10 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Non-refundable third-party fees may be deducted where permitted by law.

Chargebacks.  Please contact us to resolve any concern before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are unwarranted.
